6:00 pm - 9:00 pm, Entertainment and cocktails, (Sheraton Hotel)
8:00 pm - closing, HomoRodeo.com meet and greet party
9:00 pm - closing, Welcome Rodeo Fans, (Sidewinders Bar)

Saturday

7:00 am, Contestant Gate 6 opens (Fair Grounds)
8:00 am, Rodeo begins (Fair Grounds)
12:30 pm, (approx) Grand Entry (Fair Grounds)
All day, Car show, Wellness Center and Vendors all day long (Fair Grounds)

7:00 pm - Doors open, Entertainment Party
8:00 pm - Show starts
Saturday Night Party and Show at the Sheraton Uptown Hotel Featuring Sandi Vee Anderson and a tribute to Dolly Parton, also featuring the Dementa Divas in totally plowed

Sunday

7:00 am, Contestant gate 6 opens
8:00 am, Rodeo begins (Fair Grounds)
12:30 pm approx, Grand Entry (Fair Grounds)
All day, Car show, Wellness center and vendors all day long (Fair Grounds)

8:00 pm Awards ceremony, (Sheraton Hotel)
