- Afternoon Pool Party at AVI Lagoon Pool
- 4:00p-7:00p Charity Slot Tournament **
- 8:00p Kick Off Meet & Greet Show hosted by IGRA Royalty at The Lariat Saloon in Bullhead City across the River
Friday
- 2:00p-4:00p: Charity Bingo in the main Bingo Hall**
- 4:00p: Afternoon Pool Party at AVI Lagoon Pool
6:00p: Contestant registration on the green
- $10 Beach BBQ (free for staff, contestants and HomoRodeo members) and show with singer Mike Shikora and other entertainers.
- 7:00p: western dancing in the Ballroom with DJ Rosa
- 8:30p: special IGRA Video Presentation followed by a Fashion Show and performances by the DC Cowboys sponsored by Byusha Agave Drink. Additional Entertainment and Dancing follow.
Saturday
- 8:00a: Bud Light World Gay Rodeo Finals 1st- Go at the Mojave Crossing Event Center - Vendors on the esplanade - Entertainment in the VIP skybox
- 2:00p-4:00p: Charity Slot tournament**
- 8:00p: Rockstar presents the Carter Twins in concert at the AVI Resort.
- 10:00p: Post-Concert Social at the Lariat
Sunday
- 9:00a: Bud Light World Gay Rodeo Finals 2nd- Go at the Mojave Crossing Event Center - Many Vendors - Entertainment in the VIP skybox hosted by IGRA Royalty team
- 2:00p-4:00p: Charity Bingo in the main Bingo Hall**
- 9:00p: Finals Award Ceremony & $12 Banquet in the AVI Ballroom
- 10:00p: Social at the Lariat
Monday
- 11:00a: Survivor's Brunch at the Lariat
