Thursday
- Afternoon Pool Party at AVI Lagoon Pool
- Slot Tournament (benefits local charities)
- Meet & Greet at The Lariat Saloon in Bullhead City across the River
Friday
- Sightseeing trips during the day to London Bridge, Davis Dam, the Petroglyphs, and to Oatman historical mining Ghost Town nearby
- Charity Bingo in the main Bingo Hall (benefits local charities)
- Dolly's Beach Party starts at 4PM (BBQ on the Island)
- Contestant registration at the AVI beach starts at 6PM.
- Video Presentation of the IGRA Rodeo Year in Pictures followed by a Fashion Show on the island
- DC Cowboys performance followed by Dancing and Entertainment under the stars on the river.
- After Party at the Lariat
Saturday
- Bud Light World Gay Rodeo Finals 1st- Go at the Mojave Crossing Event Center - Many Vendors - Entertainment in the VIP skybox hosted by IGRA Royalty team
- Charity Video Poker tournament (benefits local charities)
- "An Evening with (to be announced), Presented by Rockstar Energy Drink" Nationally known headliner [to be determined] in concert at the AVI Resort. This event will be heavily promoted regionally to the general public - target attendance to the concert alone over 1,000.
- Western Dancing after the entertainment event at the AVI Resort
- After Party at the Lariat
Sunday
- Bud Light World Gay Rodeo Finals 2nd- Go at the Mojave Crossing Event Center - Many Vendors - Entertainment in the VIP skybox hosted by IGRA Royalty team
- Charity Bingo in the main Bingo Hall (benefits local charities)
- Finals Award Ceremony & Banquet in the AVI Ballroom
- After Party at the Lariat
