Clarification/interpretation that the pattern is not changed by a pole knocked over or moved. The pattern is run past the circles where the poles were originally placed regardless of any changed pole location.

Animal Care XI.4.Page 85
Clarification/interpretation that re-ride given when an animal is removed from competition goes only to the team handling the animal in the heat in which the animal is withdrawn from competition.

Chute Dogging III.1.F.8.&9.g. Page 20
Clarification/interpretation that contestant will be disqualified for any fall of the animal (animal no longer standing on its four legs) which is not as described in rule 8 "lying flat on its side, or on its back, with all four hooves pointed in the same direction and the head in a natural position".

Chute Dogging Rodeo Rule III.1.F.9.c:
Flipping in an unskilled manner is anytime the animal goes end over end for any reason. Tripping in an unskilled manner is anytime a contestant in any way entangles the feet of the animal causing it to fall down for any reason.

Rodeo Rule VI.7.e:
The "best positive outcome to the situation" means that the trustees, at a duly called trustees meeting, can overturn the decision of a certified official in limited and appropriate circumstances based on a finding of fact in rendering an interpretation that the certified official's decision is a misinterpretation or misapplication of the rule, as interpreted by the Board of Trustees.
