Twenty-Five ago Charis Loren came to life; with a desire to express her art and support her community. Being born in West Virginia and raised in Alabama, a close family environment provided me strong country values and humble roots. As a young adult employed on a dairy farm, owning horses and working in Yellowstone National Park, I continued my connection to nature. After moving to Denver in 1996 I quickly found my home in the community, achieving the titles of Miss Gay Pride of All of Colorado in 2002 and being elected by my community as Empress 33 of the Imperial Court of the Rocky Mountain Empire.
As Miss Colorado Gay Rodeo Association 2020/21, I am pleased to have continued this journey of education, fundraising and involvement. My continued commitment to my community and country values has never been stronger.
I am looking forward to what experience that will come my with continued involvement with the International Gay Rodeo Association.
With these humble roots, being no stranger to hard work and raised by faith, this queen knows she's home... RODEO!
Humbly, I am,
Miss CGRA 2020/21
